摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)最常见的慢性并发病，是DM致死致残的蘑要原因之一。由于二生活水平的提高及生活方式的改变．DM发病率逐年提高，DN的忠病人数也逐步增多。DM病人的DN发病率已达30％～50％，在西方国家，DN已占终末期肾脏疾病的80％。DN早期症状不明显，一旦发展到临床蛋白尿期．
