摘要 目的 根据急诊患者的就诊时段,合理安排人力。方法 对急诊科就诊患者的普通人数、观察人数、危重人数、治疗区 治疗量等资料进行回顾性分析。结果 留院观察和危重抢救患者仅占急诊就诊总人数的7.52%;午夜及清晨是急诊患者就 诊低谷;治疗区日平均治疗量312人次。结论 急诊护理人员的管理应根据不同区域患者的季节性变化特点,合理增补急诊 护理人员、优化护理人员层次、合理安排人员培训和休假、按需调整护理班次以及制定适宜的工作流程是提高急诊护理质量 的关键。 Objective To study the distribution characterizations of emergency patients and discuss its significance in nursing management.Method Data of the number of the ordinary, observed and critical patients in emergency department were reviewed analyzed. Results 7.52% emergency patients were critical and need further treatments.Fewer patients visited emergency department during midnight and early morning.The average daily workload in therapy area was 312 patients per day. Conclusion The management of emergency nursing should consider the changes of patients in different treatment area and seasons. It is the key point to adjust the number and level of nursing staff, arrange training and vocations for them, adjust the working shift according to needs and set up feasible work flow to improve the quality of emergency nursing.
