摘要
我国每年新发恶性肿瘤约200万,多数病因并不清楚,但发病的危险因素是明确的,约80%的肿瘤是不良生活方式和环境所致,其中 35%～40%的肿瘤发病与不科学、不合理的膳食有关,如主食过于精细,缺乏纤维素;脂肪摄入过多;食品质量无保证,不良生活习惯等与肿瘤 的发生有重要关系,应引起人们足够的重视。加强饮食管理,建立合理的膳食结构,养成良好的饮食习惯,对预防恶性肿瘤有积极的作用。
There are 2 millions of patients who are newly diagnosed as cancer, and the cause of most of the cases are unsure, but the risk factors are definite. About 80% of the cancer are due to unhealthy life style and environment,and 35%~40% of which are correlated with unscientific and unbalanced diet, such as over-refined foods which lack of fibrin, over-fat food, unwarranted quality of foods. Also, unhealthy life style is correlated with cancer, which should be attached great importance. So it will have positive effect on the prevention of cancer to strengthen diet management, establish balanced diet structure and build healthy diet habit.
