目的 运用达标理论指导褥疮护理管理。方法 学习达标理论有关概念,分析应用达标理论的工作基础,对达标理论的应用进行具体指 导。结果 杜绝了院内褥疮的发生,提高了褥疮护理质量。结论 达标理论的学习与应用,有助于提高褥疮护理管理质量。

Using “goal-attaining” theory to direct the management of pressure ulcer.Method Learn the relative concepts of “goal-attaining”, analyze the working foundations of application of the theory and direct the implementation of the theory concretely.Result The application of the theory eliminated the occurrence of pressure ulcer in our hospital and improved the quality of nursing in pressure ulcer.Conclusion The application of “goal-attaining” theory was helpful in improving the quality of nursing management for pressure ulcer.
