摘要
情景领导理论的主要思想是领导者应根据下属的愿意程度采取不同的领导行为。运用该理论,护理管理者可以根据护士的愿意程度将 护士分为4类,分别采取命令、推销、参与、授权等领导方式。应用情景领导理论,可以帮助护理管理者充分调动护士的工作积极性,提高管理 效率。在应用该理论时,应动态评估护士愿意程度的变化,同时应采取激励、沟通等方法促进护士愿意程度的提高。
The main idea of Situational Leadership Theory is that leaders need to alter their behaviors depending on the readiness of followers. Using this theory, the nursing managers should category nurses into four types according to their readiness, and use four different methods which are “telling”, “selling”, “participating” and “delegating” respectively. The advantage of using Situational Leadership Theory is that nursing managers can increase the initiative of nurses and the efficacy of management. When using this theory, managers should analyze the readiness of nurses continually, and increase the level of readiness of nurses by encouragement and communication.
