To analysis the insecurity factors in clinical obstetrics nursing in the following aspects: the management system, personalities and skills of the nurses, compliance of the pregnant women and their family memebers, the facilities and equipments in the hospital, etc. Then the corresponding countermeasures were set up to guarantee the nursing security in clinical obstetrics.
