为适应电信运营商网络集中管理和维护的需求，网管系统必须实现集中监控、集中维护和集中管理。 CORBA是OMG（对象管理组织）提出的一种面向对象的分布式计算体系结构，因为具有良好的分 布式处理性能在电信综合网管领域可以得到更积极的应用。
In order to adapt the requirement of centralized management and maintenance of telecom networks, network management system should realize centralized monitor and control, centralized management and maintenance. CORBA is an object-oriented distributed compute architecture raised by OMG (Object Management Group), it can be used in telecom integrated network management field more positively because of its favorable distributed performance.
