摘要
介绍含磷元素铸造铝合金光谱分析标准样品的制备工艺、数据处理及定值结果。采用分步调整化学成分法调整标准样品中化学成分的含量 ,用极差法进行均匀性检验 ,多家实验室协同定值。研制出的标准样品经过生产试用分析 ,达到设计指标 。
The preparation process, data processing and certification result for certified reference materials(CRMs) of casting aluminium alloy containing P for spectral analysis were disscused. The chemical constituent in CRMs was added by stepwise method,the homogeneity was tested by range method and the certification was conducted by 6 laboratories. The CRMs has been proved by product test analysis to meet the initial design properties and the needs of analysis of P in casting alumium alloy containing P.
