摘要
在TritonX - 10 0表面活性剂存在下 ,研究了 2 羟基 4 磺酰氨基苯重氮氨基偶氮苯 (HSDAA)与铜 (Ⅱ )的显色反应。在pH =10 .5的Na2 B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中 ,HSDAA与铜 (Ⅱ )形成 3∶1的深红色配合物 ,配合物的最大吸收峰位于λ =5 35nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.4 6× 10 5L/(mol·cm)。铜 (Ⅱ )的浓度在 0~ 4 80 μg/L范围内符合比耳定律。该方法用于大米和面粉中微量铜的测定 ,5次测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为 1.8%和 2 .9% ,平均回收率分别为 97.0 %和 10 4 .3%。
In the presence of the surface active agent Triton X-100, the color reaction of 2-hydroxy-4-sulfamoylbenzendiazoaminoazobenzene(HSDAA) with Cu(Ⅱ) was investigated. In Na 2B 4O 7-NaOH butter solution of pH=10.5, HSDAA reacts with Cu(Ⅱ) to form a deep red complex, the ratio of amount of substance of HSDAA to Cu(Ⅱ) is 3∶1.The apparent molar absorbtivity of the complex is 1.46×10 5 L/(mol·cm) at the maximum wavelength of 535 nm.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~480 μg /L for Cu(Ⅱ). The method has been applied to determine the trace Cu in rice and flour samples, the RSD is 1.8% and 2.9%, the recovery is 97.0% and 104.3% respectively. The results are in agreement with those provided by AAS method.
