化瘀三芪丹对2型糖尿病血脂异常及胰岛素敏感性的影响

The Influence of Huayu Sanqi Dan on Blood - Lipid Disorder and Insulin Sensitivity in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察化瘀三芪丹对2型糖尿病血脂异常及胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法:将85例2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者随机分为治疗组57例和对照组28例。2组病例均控制糖尿病饮食及低脂饮食并采用口服磺脲类降糖药物治疗,治疗组加用化瘀三芪丹治疗。观察治疗前后血脂及胰岛素敏感指数的变化。结果:治疗组血脂异常和胰岛素敏感性均有明显改善。结论:化瘀三芪丹能调节2型糖尿病患者血脂异常,并可能通过改善脂代谢紊乱提高机体胰岛素敏感性。

Objective: To observe the influence of Huayu Sanqi Dan (HSD) on blood-lipid disorder and insulin sensitivity in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods: 85 cases of type 2 DM complicated with blood - lipid disorder were allocated to treatment group (57 cases) and control group (28 cases) randomly. Diet control, low fat diet and sulfonamides were given in both groups, and added with HSD in the treatment group. Blood - lipids and insulin sensitivity indexes were observed before and after teamtent. Results: The blood - lipid disorder and insulin sensitivity were markedly improved in the treatment group. Conclusion: HSD can modulate the blood - lipid disorder in type 2 DM, and the enhancement of insulin sensitivity is probably responsible for the improvement of blood -lipid metabolism.
