经尿道等离子体双极电切术加小切口切开治疗前列腺增生并膀胱结石

摘要  目的 探讨良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)合并膀胱结石有效治疗方法。方法 采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术 (PKRP)加膀胱小切口切开治疗BPH合并膀胱结石 12例。结果 等离子体双极电切术中出血少 ,无水中毒和闭孔神经反射发生 ,手术时间缩短 ,住院时间缩短 ,手术创伤较传统的耻骨上切开取石、前列腺切除术明显减轻。结论 等离子体双极电切手术疗效好 ,小切口切开膀胱创伤不大 ,术中出血及液体吸收量少 ,手术时间及住院时间缩短 ,并发症少。
