Probe into the Causes of the Decline in Work Ethics Among College Teachers And A Corresponding Countermeasures

本文简要概述了高校教师职业道德的现状 ,分析了师德失范的原因 ,在此基础上提出了加强师德建设的途径 :更新教师教育观念 ;加强教师的养成教育 ;强化管理 ,严格考核 ;师德建设与学生互动 ;关心教师的工作、生活 ,解除他们的后顾之忧。

In this article, the author briefly concludes the current situation of work ethics among college teachers ,analyzes the causes that have led the decline, and puts forward a way to strengthen the concept of work ethics. Namely, to renew teachers education concept; to strengthen ways of regulating their behavors and to supplement tougher inspection; to achieve interaction between work ethics construction and students; to care about working and living conditions of the teaching staff.
