摘要
大学人事管理的对象是教学科研的主体———教师。大学教师职业的独特属性要求在大学人事管理中对以人为本原则给予充分解读。本文分析了大学教师职业独特的内在属性和作用于大学教师队伍的几对主要矛盾 ,阐述了以人为本原则对大学人事管理的启示。
The object of university personnel management is the faculty, which is the main body in teaching and research activities. The professional characteristics demand mature explanations for the rules based on humanity. This article gives an analysis of the faculty's professional characteristics in university, the principal contradiction acting on the faculty, and also some revelations of the rules based on humanity.
