《英语课程标准》(实验稿)对小学英语教师素质的要求

教师是教学中的关键,教师素质直接影响教学效率和学生的英语学习效果。本文基于刚刚出台的《国家英语课程标准》(实验稿)和小学生学习英语的特点对小学英语教师提出了新的素质要求。

The key issue in teaching is that of teachers because, to some extent, learning is directly affected by the quality of teachers. Referring to the English Curriculum Criteria and the characteristic of primary English learners, this paper focuses on the quality which primary English teachers are requested.
