摘要
某电厂细粉分离器改造后分离效率降低,排粉机磨损严重,给锅炉机组安全经济运行带来不利影响。采用FLUENT数值计算软件,对该型细粉分离器改造前、后进行了大量的数值计算。结果表明,数值模拟与实际运行情况相吻合。在详细分析改造后细粉分离器实际运行情况的基础上,给出分离效率下降的可能原因,并有针对性地提出改造方案。用FLUENT软件对提出的改造方案进行数值计算,预报改造后的效果,论证分离效率下降的原因,同时为细粉分离器的进一步改造提出方案。
HW-CBY-3000 cyclone separator is improved to improve its efficiency. But now its efficiency is decreased and centrifugal fan is worn badly, which is disadvantageous to safe and economical performance of plant. Using numerical simulation software Fluent, cases are simulated before and after retrofit of separator. A good agreement between the calculated results and real performance suggests that this simulation can indicate the real performance well. Based on analysis of separators performance, some probable reasons of lower efficiency are proposed and further retrofit projects are suggested with pertinence. These project cases are simulated with Fluent to predict results of improvement in order to demonstrate these reasons and choose one as the further improvement project at the same time.
