苦参碱抗肿瘤作用研究进展

Advances in the Studies of Anti-tumour Activity of Alkaloids in Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen)

纵览苦参生物碱抗肿瘤活性的研究进展 ,近年研究发现苦参碱可抑制部分肿瘤细胞的增殖与转移 ,诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡和分化 ,同时又具有免疫调节作用、升高白细胞活性。研究结果提示苦参碱有可能在抗肿瘤机制中发挥独特效用 。

This article reviews the studies of the anti tumour actions of alkaloids in Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen). Recently, it has been demonstrated that matrine in Kushen does not only have inhibitory actions on tumour proliferation and transfer, but can also induce apoptosis in tumour cells. In general, many studies suggest that matrine may have unique mechanism in combating tumour growth which may become a useful treatment for tumours.
