自由基对转录因子NF-κB活性的调节 被引量：13

The regulation of NF-κB by free radical

摘要 核因子 κB(nuclearfactor kappaB ,NF κB)是普遍存在于真核细胞内的一个包含五种亚单位的转录因子家族 ,调节细胞内如免疫炎症、细胞凋亡和细胞增生相关基因等多种基因的表达。作者结合近年来对自由基和NF κB关系的研究进展作一综述 ,并讨论分析了自由基对NF Nuclear factor κB (nuclear factor kappa B, NF κB), a ubiquitous multisubunit eukaryotic factor comprised of five subunit regulates many genes expression including immune and inflammatory genes, apoptosis, and cell proliferation, et al . In this article, Relation of NF κB and free radical and free radical regulate the activity of NF κB were reviewed.
