高压氧对缺血性皮瓣作用的实验研究

Experimental Sturdy on the Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Ischemic Flaps

目的 : 探讨高压氧对缺血性皮瓣的作用。方法 :切取以腹壁上动脉为蒂的鼠腹部皮瓣约 3cm× 6cm ,分别阻断股动脉、股静脉和股动静脉造成皮瓣缺血模型 ,7d后测量皮瓣存活长度。结果 :接受HBO治疗组的皮瓣平均存活长度分别为 :5 .9cm ,4 .5cm ,2 .1cm ,不接受HBO治疗组的皮瓣均坏死 ,两者有显著的差异。结论 :高压氧对缺血性皮瓣存活是有作用的。

Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on ischemic flaps. Methods: A 3×6cm abdominal skin-flap base on the superficial epigastria vessels was elevated, clamps were applied on the femoral artery pedicle, venous pedicle and artery-venous pedicle to make the ischemic flaps model. 7 days later, measure the length of the life flap. Results: Animals received HBO treatment, complete or partial flap survival occurred, the mean survival length are: 5.9cm, 4.5cm, 2.1cm.The difference between them is significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Administering HBO on ischemic flaps is beneficial and effective.
