血府逐瘀汤治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭30例疗效观察

Clinical observation of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on the treatment of corpulmonale complicated heart failure

目的 探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 60例肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组 3 0例采用西医常规治疗 ,治疗组 3 0例在西医常规治疗基础上加服血府逐瘀汤 ,观察 2组临床疗效及咯痰、喘憋、肝大、水肿、心功能积分变化。结果 治疗组总有效率为 96.7%,对照组为 83 .3 %,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2组治疗后喘憋、肝大、水肿、心功能积分值有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 血府逐瘀汤可明显改善肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者心功能和临床症状。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on the treatment of corpulmonale complicated heart failure. Methods 60 cases with corpulmonale complicated heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in control group were treated by western medicine. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by a method of western medicine combined with Xuefuzhuyu decoction. Symptoms and effect were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (96.7%) was markedly higher than that in control group (83.3%, P<0.05). Improvement of symptoms in treatment group was superior to those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu decoction could effectively improve cardiac function and symptoms of patients with corpulmonale complicated heart failure.
