摘要
目的 :探讨消心痛胶囊对大鼠缺血性心肌损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用大剂量异丙肾上腺素皮下注射 ,造成大鼠缺血性心肌损伤模型 ,检测各组大鼠血中肌酸激酶 (CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK -MB)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的含量 ,并取心脏行心肌病理切片。结果 :消心痛胶囊中、高剂量组CK、CK -MB、LDH含量明显低于模型组 (P <0 0 1) ,与阳性对照组 (地奥心血康 )比较无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;心肌病理切片结果显示 ,模型组心肌灶性坏死严重 ,而给药组多数心肌纤维染色均匀 ,无出血及坏死。结论
Objective:To approach the protective effects of xiaoxintong capsule on acute myocardial injury.Method:The rat model of acute myocardial injury was established by high-dose isoprenaline subcutaneous injection.Then the contents of CK?CK-MB and LDH in blood of rats were tested and heart was taken into myocardium pieces. Results: The contents of CK?CK-MB and LDH was obviously lower in high-dose group and middle-dose group of xiaoxintong capsule than that in the model group.There was no distinct difference between xiaoxintong capsule and di'aoxinxuekang.(P>0 05);the slice of myocardium showed that the model group had a serious myocardial injury,however,the mychrome was even and there was no obvious injury and haemomyocardium in treatment group.Conclusion:xiaoxintong can effectively prevent acute myocardial injury caused by ischemia.
