摘要
目的 探讨气候因素对不同地区的武警战士脂质氧化抗氧化系统的影响和可能的生物学意义。方法 从 6个不同气候地区随机抽取健康男性武警战士共 1 0 0 0人 ,采用试剂盒测定各项指标。结果 6个不同地区武警战士的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活力及谷胱甘肽 (GSH)浓度比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。SOD和GSH Px在不同气候地区间呈相似的变化趋势 ,GSH渐升后突降 ,而丙二醛 (MDA)浓度各地区间比较 ,差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 气候因素对武警战士的脂质抗氧化酶活力有影响 ,寒冷和炎热地区武警战士血浆中SOD、GSH Px活力较低 。
Objective To explore the effects of climate on lipoperoxide levels of armed policemen and their possible biological significance.Methods The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) and the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) in plasma of the armed policemen from different climatic zones were determined with reagent kits.Results The results showed that the activities of SOD,GSH Px and the concentration of GSH in plasma of armed policemen in different climatic zones were significantly different (P<0 05) with a few exceptions,however,there was no significant difference in the concentration of MDA.Conclusions The activities of SOD and GSH Px are low in plasma of armed policemen from the cold and hot climatic zones.The lipoperoxide system of armed policemen still keeps balance although they are in different climatic zones.
