椎动脉定位像2D PC扫描方法探索

摘要 目的研究椎动脉定位像2DPC扫描方法。方法随机选取颈椎MRI检查病人7例行2DPC冠状位实验性扫描,对以下9个参数值卷折方向(FOLDOVERDIRECTION),流动补偿(FLOWCOMPARSATION),卷折抑制(FOLDOVERSUPPRE-SION),SMART,预饱和带(REST),相位对比流动方向(PCFLOWDIRECTION),层厚(SLICETHICKNESS),扫描百分比(SCANPERCENTAGE),相位对比流速(PCVELOCITY)进行调整。结果2DPC冠状位扫描形成2幅图象,一幅为FFE/M颈椎冠状剖面图像,一幅为PCA/M椎动脉血管冠状图像。当SLICETHICKNESS为20mm、SCANPERCENTAGE为80%,PCFLOWDIREC-TION选择AP-RL-FT,PCVELOCITY为30cm/s,FOLDOVERSUPPRESION为YES,其他参数取经验值或系统默认值时,图像最为清晰。结论本实验获取了优质颈椎2DPC图像,为椎动脉病变定位、定向提供了依据。 Objective To study the scan methods of vertebral artery 2D PC magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Method Seven patients with cervical spine disease was examined, and experimental scans was performed on coronal by 2D PC MRA. Nine scan paramenters such as FOLDOVER DIRECTION,FLOW COMPARSATION,FOLDOVER SUPPRESION,SMART,REST, PC FLOW DIRECTION,SLICE THICKNESS,SCAN PERCENTAGE PC,VELOCITY were adjusted. Results The constructed data from 2D PC scans contains both FFE/M cervical coronal section and PCA/M vertebral artery coronal images. When SLICE THICKNESS=20mm and SCAN PERCENTAGE=80%,PC FLOW DIRECTION=AP-RL-FT.PC VELOCITY=30cm/s, FOLDOVER SUPPRESION=YES,the other paramenters equal experimental value or preset value in the system precedures, the images was the best. Conclusion This experiment obtained excellent cervical spine 2D PC images, provided the evidence to determine the place and direction of the vertebral artery disease.
