结缔组织生长因子与软骨细胞及成骨细胞的增殖分化 被引量:1

摘要 肥大带软骨细胞和功能活跃的成骨细胞均可高水平表达结缔组织生长因子(CTGF),CTGF可促进软骨细胞和成骨细胞的增殖,促进软骨细胞(如X型胶原)和成骨细胞相关表型(如碱性磷酸酶、Ⅰ型胶原)的发生,在骨和软骨的发育以及骨量维持方面发挥重要作用。另外,CTGF还参与了骨折愈合及病变软骨的修复过程。转化生长因子-β、前列腺素E2等可能参与了CTGF基因表达的调控。
