低场MR颅脑急症病例诊断的序列优化 被引量:7

摘要 目的 优化低场MR在颅脑急症病例成像序列和检查顺序 ,实现快速诊断与鉴别诊断 ,提高诊断效率。方法 10例颅脑急症病例 (GCS分级≤ 7分 ) ,按 (A)DWI,(B)SSFSE ,(C)FLASH ,(D)T1WI ,(E)T2WI,(F)MRA的设计顺序并进行序列的优化 ,然后进行检查 ,观察完成检查例数 ,并与原始检查序列与顺序的结果进行对比。结果  10例考虑颅脑急症患者中 ,有 7例完成了全部改进序列的检查 ,有 2例完成A~C ,1例因外伤病人不合作而失败 ;如果按照原始序列顺序进行检查 ,10例中仅有 4例能够完成全部序列检查。结论 通过序列优化 ,可以在低场MR机上实现对颅脑急症病例的快速 ,一站式诊断 ,提高诊断效率。 Objective To optimize MR sequences and examination order in low strength MR scanner for emergency brain injury patients, and to elevate diagnostic efficiency in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods Ten emergency patients (GCS≤7) were studied in the optimized MR sequence examination orders: (A)DWI, (B)SSFSE, (C) FLASH, (D)T1WI, (E)T2WI, (F)TOF-MRA. The number of patients fulfilled the above examinations was recorded and compared with the assumed results from the original sequences and orders. Compared the result with clinical diagnosis. Results Among the ten patients, seven accomplished the examinations, two finished sequences A-C, and one trauma patient failed. But only four patients could tolerate the examinations if we had used routine sequences. Conclusion By using the optimized MR sequences and orders, rapid and one-stop-shopping diagnostic methods could be made with high efficiency.
