小儿肺炎支原体脑炎的MR表现特征分析

MR findings on pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae encephalitis

目的 探讨小儿肺炎支原体 (mycoplasmapneumoniae ,MP)脑炎的MRI表现特征 ,以指导治疗 ,判定预后。方法 对 12例MP脑炎患儿进行头部MRI检查 ,并对其表现进行分析。结果 MRI异常 9例 ,其中 ,白质内出现多发的、散在的点状或斑片状长T1长T2信号 8例 ;两侧大脑半球弥漫性长T2信号 2例 ;脑室扩大 ,侧脑室后角周围长T2信号 2例 ;灰质 (皮层 )内脑回状长T2信号 1例。结论 MP脑炎头部MRI异常表现为长T1长T2信号 ,能真实地显示MP脑炎脑实质受损情况 。

Objective To analyze the MR findings of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) encephalitis. Methods Twelve patients were performed MR scanning and the images were analyzed. Results MR showed abnormal findings in 9 cases, 8 of which showed multiple and scattered spot-like or patch-like lesions with long T1WI singnal and long T2WI signal in medulla, 2 of which showed diffuse high signal, 2 of which showed high signal near the posterior corn of lateral ventricles with cerebral ventricle enlargement, and 1 of which showed gyrus-like high signal in cortex. Conclusion The MR findings of MP encephalitis is long T1WI signal and long T2WI signal. MR examination is helpful to realize the injuried conditions in cerebellum and evaluate the prognosis.
