Functional Neuroimaging in Patients with Aphasia

摘要 文章从 4个方面综述了失语症患者的功能神经影像学 :(1)Broca区损害对其远隔非损害区域的影响 ;(2 )正常情况下被激活的皮质区受损后 ,患者如何保持其语言功能从而显示组成脑功能系统的必需部位和充分部位 ;(3)伴随深层失读的失语症患者右半球阅读是否属于神经系统的副本 ;(4)语言功能恢复的机制。 The article reviews the functional neuroimaging trials in patients with aphasia from four aspects: (1) the lesion of Broca's area influences its distant undamaged regions; (2) after the activated cortical regions being damaged under the normal condition, how the patients keep their language ability, and then shows the necessary and sufficient areas that consist of the brain function systems; (3) whether the right hemisphere reading in patients with aphasia and deep dyslexia belongs to a duplicated neuronal system, and (4) the mechanism of the recovery of language function.
