摘要
白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )是重要的炎症细胞因子之一 ,也是神经保护和神经营养因子之一 ,在脑血管病、脑外伤、神经变性性疾病和癫等疾病中起一定作用。在不同的疾病和疾病的不同时期 ,IL 6可发挥神经毒性或神经保护作用。
Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is one of the important inflammatory cytokines, and it is also one of the neuroprotective and neurotrophic factors. IL-6 may plays a part in cerebrovascular diseases, cerebral trauma, cerebral degeneration and epilepsy. IL-6 may play a role both in neurotoxicity or neuroprotection, in different diseases, as well as in different phases of diseases.
