摘要 二肽基羧肽酶1(Dipeptidyle Carboxypeptidase 1,DCP1)也称作血管紧张素转化酶1(Angiotensinconverting enzyme,ACE),其功能是催化血管紧张素Ⅰ变成血管紧张素Ⅱ,从而参与肾素-血管紧张素系统对血压的调节作用,同时对调节人体的水盐代谢平衡也有重要作用.
