体外循环肺损伤部分研究进展

Some advance in lung injury caused by cardiopulmonary bypass

体外循环肺损伤是心脏手术重要的并发症 ,它与术后死亡率和心脏手术成功率有密切关系。参与该过程的因素繁多 ,机制较复杂。笔者从全身性炎症反应、肺的缺血再灌注损伤、机械物理因素的影响、细胞凋亡、能量代谢失调。

Acute lung injury is a very important complication in cardiac operation with cardiopulmonary bypass,it is associated with mobility and mortality.?Its pathogenesis is complicated,and lots of factors are involved in it.?In this paper,some progress of research in recent years have been reviewed.
