本文根据访谈所获第一手资料,用马斯洛需求层次理论划分校友对大学校友会的需求,并将大学对校友会的需求也进行了分类,在此基础上对大学校友会存在的意义和作用进行了分析、探讨。

There is few studies about the university alumni association in China. It's a new research field in higher education. The author classifies the demands of alumni in A. H. Maslow's theory and the requirements of alma master, and then gives us her ideas about the university alumni associations value and functions.
