基因芯片技术在眼底病研究中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 将大量基因片段或寡核苷酸有序、高密度排列在玻璃、硅等载体上 ,称之为基因芯片。基因芯片技术以其检测快速、高效、高通量、高度并行性、微型化和自动化等特点 ,成为了研究生命本质及疾病发生发展规律的重要手段。现对其基本概念、特点、基本原理及其在眼底病研究中的应用前景作一综述。
