摘要
文章从周敦颐《通书》的教育理念,在立师之道、教育之则、乐教之善诸多方面,有着不同于传统儒学教育的展开向度,进行论析:"师为天下善",把立师设教提高到"天下治"的高度,师者应从"修道"转到"养性"的"双自"上,以培养提高人的品性,达至"中"的理想境界;启蒙教育,诸如"渎则不告"、"汩则必乱"、"为而不止"、"慎其时中"均为重要教学原则;"淡"与"和"的乐教,可"平天下之情",以风移而俗成,等等。所有这些向度,极大地丰富和提升我国优秀传统教育理论结构的内涵和社会功能。
From the educational ideas of Zhou Dunyi's “Almanac”,From the various aspects of“the ways to be a teacher,the principles to educate and the benefits of musical teaching”,by spreading the education different from the education of Confucianist's learning,the article discusses:“Teachers make the world kind”,thinks highly of valuing teachers and education as“administering to the world”.Teachers should turn to“two-self”in“keeping in good mood”from“cultivating one's”moral character to sublimatin one's moral character to get to a ideal state of“moderation”;such principles as“Teach nothin if teachres show malfeasance,”“One would Children should be given good education”,“Good education should nto be stopped”.“Pay attention to the suit tire.Children accept education”are important one's at the beginning of education;musical teaching method to be simple quietly elegant”and“gentle”,“mould one's temperament”to form customs,and so on,all of these greatly enrich and deepen the connection and social function of the excellent traditional educational theories.
