摘要
"中国画"作为和"西洋画"的对应,并标志中国绘画文化的概念含义已经失去了意义,而且成了创新的束缚。尤其当水墨画和其他外来艺术品种同等地在中国土地上竞相开放的今天,它应该和油画、中国版画具有相同含义。这样,它的创新将在于对它的特质、长处的发扬光大;那些只是反水墨画传统的勇士们,也将不再为不是中国绘画文化而苦恼,共同的心理意识必然使他们的作品含有作为中国文化的意识;于是,艺术的多元化将首先是品种的多元景象。
