高效液相色谱法测定清喉咽合剂中黄芩苷含量

Determination of the Content of Baicalin in Qinghouyan Mixture with HPLC

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定清喉咽合剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 :采用HypersilODSC1 8柱 (4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ;甲醇 水 磷酸 (5 3∶47∶0 .3 )为流动相 ;检测波长 :2 80nm。 结果 :黄芩苷浓度的线性范围为 :10～ 15 0μg·mL 1 ,r =0 .9990。平均加样回收率 10 0 .2 % ,RSD =1.4%。结论 :该方法简便、准确 ,重复性好 ,适用于清喉咽合剂的质量控制。

Objective:To set up a method for determining the content of baicalin in qinghouyan mixture with HPLC. Method:Chromatography was performed on a Hypersil ODS C 18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with a mixture of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (53∶47∶0.3) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear when the concentration of baicalin was in the range of 10-150 μg·mL -1 ( r =0.999 0). The average rate of recovery was 100.2%,with a coefficient of variation of 1.4%. Conclusion:The method was shown to be simple,accurate, with a good reproducibility and could therefore be used for the quality control of qinghouyan mixture.
