A Research on Several Problems in the Development of Self-employed Private Economy

坚持以公有制为主体,促进非公有制经济发展,统一于社会主义现代化建设的进程中,不能把两者对立进来。各种所有制经济完全可以在市场竞争中发挥各自优势,相互促进,共同发展。促进个体私营经济发展必须大力发展混合所有制经济,保护私人财产权,正确认识收入分配差距,为个体私营经济发展创造宽松的经济社会环境。

We must stimulate the development of the non-public sectors while keeping the public sector as the dominant player, incorporating both into the process of the socialist modernization instead of setting them against each other. All sectors of the economy can display their respective advantages in market competition and stimulate one another for common development very well. To create a loose-fitting social and economic environment for the self-employed private economy and stimulate their development, we should develop a mixed sector of the economy and protect private property right and realize the income distribution gap correctly.
