基质金属蛋白酶-2在人胰腺癌中的表达及其与胰腺癌侵袭和转移的关系

The Study of the Expression of Matrix Metalloproteionase-2 on Invasion and Metastasis in Pancreatic Carcinomas

目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )在胰腺癌中的表达与胰腺癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学S P法检测 5 0例胰腺癌组织、10例正常胰腺组织中MMP 2的表达。结果 胰腺癌组织中MMP 2的阳性表达率为 6 8% ,淋巴结转移组与无转移组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,MMP 2的表达与胰腺癌的病理分期相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 MMP 2在胰腺癌的生长、侵袭和转移过程中起着重要作用 ,可作为反映胰腺癌生物学行为的一个参考指标。

Objective The study is to investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and invasive or metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma (PCA). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MMP-2 in 50 cases of PCA tissues and 10 cases of normal tissues. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-2 in PCA was 68%.The expression of the MMP-2 was much higher in tumor tissue with positive-node than with negative-node,and was significantly correlated with pathological stage. Conclusion MMP-2 plays a key role in invasiveness and metastasis of PCA,and MMP-2 might be a valuable marker in reflecting its behavior of PCA.
