摘要 目的探讨血清CystatinC(Cys-C)的含量与肾脏损伤程度的关系。方法Cys-C测定 :散射比浊法 ,尿微量白蛋白 (MA)测定 :速率散射比浊法 ,肌酐测定 :Jaffe比色法。结果初期肾病组 ,临床肾病组 ,Cys -C ,血清肌酐 ,肌酐清除率测定结果与对照组比较 ,改变明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两疾病组之间进行比较 ,临床肾病组Cys -C ,血清肌酐显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而肌酐清除率结果无显著性差异。Cys-C ,血清肌酐结果相关系数r=O .85。结论血清Cys-C是反映肾小球滤过率的灵敏指标。 Objective Inquiries the Cystatin C(Cys-C) into serum relative tokidney function. Methods Cys-C was measured by nephelometry , rate nephelometry was used to treat MA, Creatinine(Cre) was measured by Jaffe colorimetry. Results The early kidney disease group, clinical kidney disease group, Cys-C, serum Cre ,Cre clearance measurement result compares with contrapose , changingobvious(P(0.05), two disease groups as proceed the comparison, clinical kidneydisease group , Cys-C, serum Cre shows the salience goes up(P(0.05), but Creclearance result has no to show the difference of salience . The correlationcoefficient of Cys-C and Cre was 0.85. Conclusion Cys-C is a intelligent index signto reflect nephron glomerular filtration rate .
