摘要
本文研究了蒽绿-H_2O_2-Ni(Ⅱ)反相流动注射化学发光新体系,发现镍可催化H_2O_2氧化蒽绿而产生发光。且发光强度有较大幅度的增强,镍量在5.0×10^(-9)~3.0×10^(-7)g/ml范围内,发光强度与镍量成正比,方法检出限为0.11ng/ml,实验了32种离子存在下的影响,绝大部分离子允许量在300倍以上,说明该法有良好的选择性。方法直接应用于水样分析,结果令人满意。
A reversed flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of nickel based on its catalysis to the chemiluminescence system of anthracene green - H2O2- Ni (Ⅱ) has been developed. The detection limit of nickel is 0. 11 ng/ml.and the nickel concentration range of linear response is from 5. 0×10-9 to 3. 0×10-7 g/ml. The proposed procedure has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of nickel in water samples.
