摘要
目的 :研究三种形态的钛合金种植体与骨的结合强度。方法 :成年杂种雄犬4只 ,分别拔除其双侧下颌3颗前磨牙 ,每侧拔牙窝内即刻种植螺纹状、圆柱状、叶状种植体各1枚 ,共24枚。于手术后6个月处死动物。摄X线片观察 ,并通过推出实验和轴向拉出实验测试种植体 -骨界面的结合强度。结果 :三种种植体和骨界面X线表现相似 ,均无骨质破坏 ;螺纹状种植体与骨的结合强度要高于圆柱状和叶状种植体 (P<0.05) ,后两者无显著差异。结论 :三种种植体和骨均可形成较好的结合 ,其中以螺纹状种植体和骨的结合强度较好。
Objective:To study the integrate strength of titanium alloy implants with three different modalities and jaw.Methods:Four adult mongrel dogs were respectively removed three premolars in bilateral jaws.Screw-im-plant,cylinder_implant and blade_implant were instantly implant on the socket,altogether twenty_four im-plants.The dogs were sacrificed at six months after surgery.The interface of the implant_bone were checked with the radiograph.The push_out test and pull_out test were used to measure the implant-bone integrate strength.Results:X_ray showed that implant_bone interface had no bone absorption with three implants.The im-plant_bone bond strength of screw_implant was statistically higher than cylinder_implant and blade_implant(P<0.05),that the latter had no significance by the push_out test and uniaxial pull_out test.Conclusion:In this experiment,osseo_integrate was confirmed in the three implants.The screw_implant had higher bond strength than cylinder_implant and blade_implant.
