摘要
目的 :评价即刻种植的临床效果。方法 :对99例病人在拔出患牙同时 ,分情况即刻植入Xive及Frialit-2两种种植系统共123枚 ,3～9个月后行修复 ,123均已完成修复 ,并对其进行定期的临床和放射学检查。结果 :共123枚即刻种植病例 ,其中67枚行引导骨再生技术 ,修复后经12个月以上观察 ,失败3枚 ,1枚因角度不佳弃用。结论 :配合采用引导骨再生技术处理 ,即刻种植可以取得良好的临床效果。
Objective:To investigate the clinical results of immediate impants.Methods:Following an atraumatic ex-traction of teeth,123implants were immediately placed into sockets at the time of the extraction.Bone graft and a membrane were also required to augment the remainder of extraction socket and provide maximum bone fill around the implant.Results:Follow-up post-prosthesis were the minimumbeing12months and the maxi-mum26months.,3implants lost,1implant sleep.Conclusion:Clinical studies on the placement of immedi-ate implants in freash anterior extraction sockets have reavled predictable results.
