摘要
基于溴离子催化过氧化氢氧化罗丹明B反应,拟定了测定痕量溴离子的新催化荧光法。本法测定溴离子量的线性范围为5~35μg/25ml,检出限为0.85μg/25ml,用于测定难溶化合物TlBr的溶度积,所得结果与文献值相符。
A new catalytic fluorescence method for determining trace amounts of Br- has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of Br on the oxidation of rhodamine B by hydrogen peroxide. The calibration curve is linear in the concentration range of 5-35μg/25 ml for Br . The relative standard deviation is 0. 66%,and the detection limit is 0. 85 μg/25ml. The method has been used to determine solubility product of TIBr with satisfactory results.
