摘要
本文研究了在HAc-NaAc介质中α,α-联吡啶存在下痕量铜(Ⅰ)催化抗坏血酸还原三溴偶氮胂的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量铜的新方法。方法的灵敏度为9.46×10^(12)gCu/ml,测定范围为0~0.12μgCu/25ml,已用于人发和食品中痕量铜的测定,结果满意。
A method has been studied for the determination of trace copper,in which copper( Ⅱ) catalyzes the decoloring reaction of tribromoarsenazo by ascorbic acid in HAc-NaAc solution in the presence of α,α-dipyridyl. The sensitivity of the method is 9. 46 × 10-12g Cu(Ⅱ)/ml and the range of determination is 0-0. 12 μg/25ml. The method proves to be satisfactory for the direct determination of trace copper in human hair and food sample without separation.
