摘要
顺铂主要用于治疗头颈部和泌尿生殖系统的恶性肿瘤 ,内耳毒性是其主要毒副作用之一 ,防治其毒性是耳鼻咽喉科研究领域的重要课题。目前研究表明 ,一氧化氮与顺铂耳蜗毒性密切相关。
