钒钛矿和渣的X-射线荧光光谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 对钒钛磁铁矿及其冶炼渣中八个主要成份Fe_2O_3、MnO、V_2O_5、TiO_2、CaO、SiO_2、Al_2O_3、MgO进行了X-射线荧光光谱法测定。结果令人满意。对校正模(De Jongh模)的α系数应用方式作了研究,结果表明:采用α值校正与否,分析结果差别显著。对方法的误差来源,精确度大小及样品熔融条件也作了讨论。 The determination of major components (Fe_2O_3, Al_2O_3, MnO, SiO_2, V_2O_5, TiO_2, CaO, MgO) in sefstromite or its slags was carried out by XRF,the matrix effect was corrected by the theoretical coefficients and the data were treated with regression analysis using D-J mathematical model. The results obtained are satisfactory. After study of application in D-J model,it is shown that the differences of analysis results between the calibration with and without α coefficient is quite remarkable. The accuracy and precision as well as conditions for sample melting,etc are also discussed.
