In view of the structure features of the spiral springs with two-stage stiffness, with full consideration of the effect of such random factors as the material performance and spring load, the reliability optimization design method of the spiral spring group with the two-stage stiffness is put forward according to the principle that the maximum reliability shall be sought under the prerequisite of satisfying the spring features and installation space.
