乐卡地平治疗高血压病临床研究进展
摘要
新近的临床试验证实,新型二氢吡啶类亲脂性钙拮抗剂乐卡地平对老年高血压、单纯收缩期高血压、伴冠心病或糖尿病的高血压等均具有良好的降压效果。与其他钙拮抗剂相比,乐卡地平的不良反应少,患者的耐受性好,故可以满足绝大多数高血压患者治疗的需要。
