婴幼儿围体外循环期肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-10的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨婴幼儿围体外循环期肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)、白细胞介素 8(IL 8)、IL 10的变化及其意义。方法  2 2例先天性心脏病患儿 ,分别于术前 (T1)、停体外循环 (T2 )、体外循环后 2 0min(T3 )、术后 6h(T4)、术后 2 4h(T5)时段抽取桡动脉血测血TNF α、IL 8、IL 10水平。结果 TNF α体外循环结束时显著升高(P <0 .0 5 ) ,体外循环后 2 0min达峰值 ,与峰值比较术后 6h显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL 8体外循环结束显著升高并达峰值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,术后 2 4h仍高于基础水平 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与峰值比较术后 2 4h显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL 10体外循环后 2 0min显著升高并达峰值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与峰值比较术后 6h显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 体外循环可触发明显的炎性反应 ,TNF α、IL
