摘要
干细胞不仅维持着组织器官的正常形态和功能 ,而且与癌的发生发展密切相关。已有证据显示前列腺上皮基底细胞层可能存在前列腺干细胞。本文就近年来有关前列腺干细胞分离鉴定方面的研究进展以及干细胞与前列腺癌 。
