摘要
巨细胞病毒 (Cytomegalovirus ,CMV)感染是肾移植受者重要的患病和死亡原因。本文综述了近年来巨细胞病毒感染的研究进展。结合CMV的分子生物学特点阐述了其免疫逃避、大量复制以及引发疾病的机制。
