肾小球硬化与细胞凋亡研究进展
摘要
肾组织细胞凋亡是肾小球硬化进展的重要方面 ,是肾功能丧失的基础。干预肾组织细胞凋亡可望在肾小球硬化的防治中起重要作用。肾小球硬化时导致肾组织细胞凋亡的影响因素是多方面的 ,细胞内信号网络也是复杂的。
